Hi, having temporarily killed my 3rd party utility (USB Safely remove) I can confirm that on my build (I'm staying with 1903 for a couple of reasons for now) I can see a 'Safe to Remove' notification and hear a tone with the USB device set to either Better Performance or Quick Removal.
